Frequently Asked Questions
What is LogosForge?
LogosForge is a managed website and PWA platform for service businesses. You provide the content; the platform handles deployment to 300+ edge locations, SSL, caching, and performance — with no DNS or server configuration required.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Content is authored in structured markdown files; the platform compiles and deploys from that source. Technical configuration exists for advanced cases but is not required to run a fully functional site.
Who owns my content?
You do. Your content lives in your own repository. LogosForge manages hosting and delivery but does not hold your content in a proprietary format or behind a platform lock.
How does AI content work?
AI generates structured drafts calibrated to your brand voice. Nothing publishes automatically — every piece requires your explicit approval before it reaches a live deployment. You remain the final editorial authority.
What happens if I exceed free-tier limits?
Your site stays live. AI content drafting pauses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to Pro. Hosting and edge distribution are not affected.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You point your domain's DNS to LogosForge; the platform provisions SSL and configures edge routing automatically. No manual CDN or certificate setup is needed.
How fast are the sites?
Sites are edge-served from 300+ Cloudflare locations. Lighthouse 100 is the floor, not a target — the ship pipeline blocks deploys that fall below it. Return visits cost zero server round-trips: the service worker serves pages directly from the local cache.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancelling stops future billing; your repository and content remain yours.
Do you support white-label for agencies?
Yes. Pro tier includes render profiles — each deployment target gets its own brand presentation, independently styled from the same content source. Every white-label target passes an anti-attribution leak audit before going live, so no shared platform signals link your client sites to each other.
Where is my data hosted?
Site content and assets are served from Cloudflare's edge network across 300+ global locations. Account and identity data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL, with region selection aligned to your jurisdiction.
