Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-03. The agreement that governs your use of LogosForge.
Acceptance and Description of Service
By accessing or using LogosForge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LogosForge is an AI-powered platform for building, deploying, and managing websites and applications. It enables no-code creation and global distribution of web presence — marketing sites, progressive web apps, and content management — all managed through a single interface. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
User Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@logosforge.cc of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any party
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful, harassing, or defamatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code, except where permitted by applicable law
- Use the Service to operate a competing platform or to scrape content for training models without prior written consent
- Exceed reasonable usage limits, abuse free-tier resources, or interfere with other users' access
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without notice depending on severity.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you upload to or create with the Service ("Your Content"). You grant LogosForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service.
The Service itself — including all code, design, branding, and underlying technology — is the property of LogosForge or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Subscriptions, Payment, and Availability
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly set out in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force-majeure events may cause downtime. Paid plans may include a Service Level Agreement; see the plan-specific SLA document for credits and remedies.
Privacy and Termination
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain Your Content for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes; thereafter, it may be deleted.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGOSFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification, Governing Law, and Disputes
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogosForge, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in English, in Wilmington, Delaware. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
EU/UK/EEA users retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence as required by mandatory consumer protection law.
Changes, Entire Agreement, and Contact
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-Service notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and LogosForge. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
